Shipping and delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm local time ship the same working day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Yes. Rural delivery typically adds one to two working days.

Returns and refunds

What is your returns policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it at no charge.

Ingredients

Are your capsules vegan?

Our capsule shells are hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, which is plant derived. Any product that is not suitable for vegans says so on the label.

Can I take more than one product at once?

Usually, but it depends which. Check the labels for overlapping ingredients, and speak to your doctor if you take prescription medication.

Ordering

How do I change the address on an order?

Contact us before the order ships and we can change it. Once a parcel is with the courier, the address is fixed.
